Receptionist was zeer onvriendelijk, deed zijn job blijkbaar niet graag! het kan zijn dat je een mindere dag hebt maar een beetje vriendelijkheid is hier wel op zijn plaats. Aangekomen op de kamer een heel onaangename geur, heb mijn deo en parfum moeten gebruiken om de nacht te doorkomen zonder braakneigingen.. Kamer was niet proper, vlekken op matras had bang om in bed te kruipen overal stof en vlekken. Douche die was er zwaar over, kijk foto's overal schimmel 🤢🤮, als ik een douche neem kom ik er graag proper uit en dit gevoel had ik niet! Mij zien ze hier nooit meer terug. Dikke buis voor dit hotel, raad niemand aan er naar toe te gaan! Grts Stefanie Speleman

It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.

The room was absolutely filthy, marks and stains everywhere, and smelled horrible, the toilet bins were not even emptied when I checked in🤢. Sound proofing was non existent. And all the amenities that were listed to be in the room were nowhere to be found, and the aircon was completely useless. Set it to the lowest temperature and it was cooler outside than the room at night.

真的走了100多個國家，這個酒店是最差的，來的時候看過評論知道衞生不好，結果最大問題不是衞生，是根本沒法睡覺，膈應太差，服務太差，國人絕對不要訂這間

De locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. Tegen betaling konden we gebruik maken van de parkeergarage. Het personeel was vriendelijk alleen de communicatie verliep wat stroefjes. De hygiëne was prima op een vieze pleister op het deurkozijn na. Het bed lag heerlijk, helaas was het vrij luidruchtig dus werden we vaak wakker.

A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!
